Offer Terms

1. Introduction

This Peacock Premium Offer (this “Offer”) is made available pursuant to these terms to eligible users who purchase an XClass TV device between October 19, 2021 and December 31, 2022, as may be extended by Peacock from time to time, (the “Offer Period”). This Offer must be redeemed within 90 days after the user activates their XClass TV but in no event later than December 31, 2023, and is void thereafter (the “Offer Redemption Period”).

2. Offer Duration; Redemption

Eligible users who redeem the Offer during the Offer Redemption Period will be granted access to Peacock Premium for 12 months (your “Access Period”) at no charge (a $5.99/month retail value). When your Access Period expires, you will lose access to Peacock Premium.

Redemption of this Offer and your use of Peacock Premium during and after your Access Period (if applicable) is subject to the Terms of Use, available at peacocktv.com/terms and Privacy Policy, available at peacocktv.com/privacy, and the terms hereof.

3. Eligibility

In order to receive this Offer, users must satisfy the following requirements: (i) be 18 years of age or older; (ii) reside in the United States; (iii) purchase an XClass TV device during the Offer Period; and (iv) activate their XClass TV device during the Offer Period.

Please note that eligible users who have an existing Peacock Premium subscription will not be entitled to a refund or credit on any prior payments made in connection with the existing subscription. If you are an eligible user with an existing paid Peacock Premium subscription that is billed directly by Peacock, your monthly billing will cease during your Access Period. If you are an eligible user with an existing paid Peacock Premium Plus subscription that is billed directly by Peacock, you will remain on the Peacock Premium Plus plan and your monthly billing will be reduced from $11.99 to $6.00 during your Access Period. If you are an eligible user with an existing paid Peacock Premium or Peacock Premium Plus subscription that is billed through a third party (e.g., Apple, Google, Roku, etc.), you must contact such third party directly to cancel your existing subscription; otherwise, you will continue to be billed by the third party during your Access Period. Follow the instructions provided at peacocktv.com/help/search/xclass to cancel your existing subscription.

4. Miscellaneous

This Offer is available while supplies last. Peacock reserves the right to modify or to earlier terminate this Offer at any time and for any reason. After such time, Peacock shall not be obligated to accept redemptions. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Not valid with any other offer. One-time use only; limit one Offer redemption per XClass TV device. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged.
