Peacock has released the first-look teaser and images for Hysteria!, an upcoming Original horror series where fear runs deep and nothing is as it seems.
When will Hysteria! premiere?
All eight episodes of Hysteria! will drop on Peacock Oct 18, just in time for a Halloween horror binge.
What is Hysteria! about?
The series follows a town reeling from the disappearance of a beloved quarterback during the “Satanic Panic” of the 1980s. Seeing a jump in interest in the occult, a group of teenagers in a heavy metal band pretend to be Satanists to build a reputation. But soon, other bizarre events start occurring. Is it all fake or is there something more sinister, and potentially supernatural, at work?
Who is involved?
Hysteria! stars Emmy Award®-winner Julie Bowen (Modern Family), Anna Camp (True Blood, Pitch Perfect), Emjay Anthony, Chiara Aurelia, Kezii Curtis, and Nikki Hahn. It will also feature appearances from Bruce Campbell (Evil Dead) and Garret Dillahunt (Raising Hope). The series is produced and written by Matthew Scott Kane (Stitchers) and David A. Goodman (The Orville).
