If you redeemed the offer through Spectrum and want to cancel before you are charged at the end of the offer period, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your account .
- Go to Upcoming Payments.
- Click on Cancel Payment.
- Review the prompt that states that your upcoming payment will be canceled, and click on Cancel Payment within the dialogue box.
- Once confirmed, you will see a confirmation message on screen.
If your Spectrum offer period has expired and you are paying for Peacock Premium, you can cancel your Peacock Premium or Peacock Premium Plus plan by following the steps below.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Plans & Payments.
- Select Change or Cancel Plan.
- Select Cancel Plan.
- Once confirmed, you will see a confirmation message on screen and receive a confirmation email, which may take a few hours. Your plan will not renew at the end of your current billing cycle.
