Where can I buy a Peacock Gift Card? 

You can buy digital Gift Cards here. At this time, physical Gift Cards are not for sale.

 

What forms of payment can I use to purchase a Peacock Gift Card? 

You may pay for a Peacock Gift Card via credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express), debit card, PayPal, or Google Pay.

 

Where is the Peacock Gift Card I ordered? / I didn’t receive my email with my Gift Card purchase. 

Digital Gift Cards will be sent via email or text as indicated as checkout. If you have not received your Gift Card, please check your Spam filters or Junk folders.

Can I get the remaining balance on my Peacock Gift Card refunded to me?

How do I check my Peacock Gift Card balance? 

If you have redeemed part of your Peacock Gift Card, you are able to check the remaining balance by visiting your My Account page, under the “Plans & Payment” tab.

 

If you haven’t redeemed your Peacock Gift Card yet, you can check the balance by reaching out to Buyatab directly at merchantemail@buyatab.com  or (855)-818-9719.

 

How do I redeem my Peacock Gift Card? 

To redeem your Peacock Gift Card, please follow the steps below:

 

• Follow the link provided in the email where your Gift Card was delivered or visit this page
• Enter your Gift Card Number
• Select “Get Started”
  • If you are a new subscriber, choose the plan you’d like to purchase (Premium or Premium Plus)
    • From there, you can enter your details and select “Create Account”
  • If you are an existing subscriber, select “Sign In”
    • If the balance of the Gift Card is enough to purchase the entire subscription, you can choose if you’d like to add another payment method to your account for future payments
    • If the balance of the Gift Card is not enough to purchase the entire subscription, you will need to add another payment method to complete the purchase

 

What can I use my Peacock Gift Cards for? 

Peacock Gift Cards may be used to purchase Peacock Premium and Premium Plus subscriptions.  

 

Do Peacock Gift Cards ever expire? 

Peacock Gift Cards do not expire.

 

Can a current subscriber redeem a Peacock Gift Card?

Yes, existing subscribers who have purchased a Peacock Premium or Peacock Premium Plus subscription directly through Peacock can use a Peacock Gift Card toward the balance of a future payment. Once you add a Gift Card as a payment method option, it will be the primary payment method used until depleted, or until the balance due is no longer covered by the Gift Card on file.
