To report an issue or concern regarding subtitles or closed captioning on Peacock content on our platforms, please contact us at ClosedCaptioning@PeacockTV.com or 1-866-787-6228.

 

To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide the following information when you contact us for assistance with subtitles or closed captioning:

  • Your name, telephone number and email address
  • The name of the program with the captioning/subtitles issue
  • A brief description of the captioning/subtitles issue, including the date and time you experienced the problem
  • Please identify the platform you are using to access Peacock (e.g. Flex/X1, iPhone, Roku)
