The Emmy award-winning series, The Traitors is a nail-biting psychological adventure in which treachery and deceit are the name of the game. The entertainment industry’s most competitive reality stars and famous faces play the ultimate murder mystery game. Hosted by award-winning actor Alan Cumming at an ancient castle set deep in the Scottish Highlands, contestants work together on a series of exhilarating missions to build a prize fund worth up to $250,000. Hidden amongst the Faithful are the Traitors, whose goal is to eliminate the Faithful and claim the prize for themselves. Under the cover of darkness, the Traitors murder the Faithful one by one in a treacherous spree, while the Faithful try to uncover the Traitors and banish them from the game. If the Faithful contestants banish all the Traitors, they will share the prize fund, but if a Traitor or Traitors makes it to the end, they will steal all the money.

Alan Cumming is a true renaissance man. His most recent projects include winning two Emmy® Awards for hosting and producing The Traitors, being named Artistic Director of Pitlochry Festival Theater in his native Scotland, playing the lead in Brian Cox’s film Glenrothan, creating a dance theatre piece about the Scottish bard Robert Burns, voicing an elderly woman with a pet crab in the Disney Kids series Robogabo, and recording a duet with a Gaelic rapper.
His screen work ranges from art house to blockbuster, including Mr Floop in Spy Kids, Eli in The Good Wife, Nightcrawler in X2: X Men United, ‘O’ in Sex and the City, Boris in Goldeneye, King James in Doctor Who, Mayor Menlove in Schmigadoon, and himself on Broad City.
He is the author of seven books, including a New York Times #1 bestselling memoir. He is also a Tony and Olivier award winning theater actor. He performs in concert regularly, and co-owns the cabaret bar Club Cumming, a home for ‘all ages, all genders, all colours, all sexualities, where kindness is all and anything could happen!’
