The dream team is back together.

The One Chicago universe is banding together for an anticipated three-hour crossover event, the first since October 2019, and we’re already counting down the days until our favorites from Firehouse 51, Gaffney Medical, and the Intelligence Unit reunite.

When does the One Chicago crossover premiere?

Set for Wednesday, Jan 29 from 8-11p ET/PT on NBC, the three-hour One Chicago crossover will be available to stream the next day – Thursday, Jan 30 – on Peacock.

What order should I watch the shows in?

Because of the nature of the storyline, the One Chicago crossover is switching things up by kicking off the three-hour event withChicago Fire at 8p ET/PT, then Chicago Med at 9p ET/PT, and closing out with Chicago P.D. at 10p ET/PT.

What is the One Chicago crossover about?

The Fire, Med, and P.D. teams will have their hands full during the crossover event as they battle a high-stakes emergency at an office building that affects the people of the Windy City – and members of their own crews.

"When a gas explosion rocks a high-rise, Chicago’s first responders come out in force to rescue hundreds of civilians. It’s the calamity beneath the surface, however, that sends our heroes on a race to save 40 people trapped deep underground, including two of their own,” according to NBC’s official logline.

“Putting together what is essentially a three-hour action movie is an incredibly ambitious task requiring complete coordination across our writers, casts, crews and producers, along with help from the city of Chicago,” said Anastasia Puglisi, Wolf Entertainment executive vice president and co-executive producer of the #OneChicago series. “We’re thrilled to have the best talent in every department to meet this challenge, reinforce the #OneChicago brand, and provide our fans with a unique and compelling viewing experience.”

Who can we expect to see in the One Chicago crossover?

Expect to see familiar faces from all three Chicago shows throughout the three-hour event.

  • Chicago Fire - Taylor Kinney, Dermot Mulroney, David Eigenberg, Miranda Rae Mayo, Joe Miñoso, Christian Stolte, Daniel Kyri, Hanako Greensmith, Jake Lockett, and Jocelyn Hudon
