Last month we learned that the scripted anthology series Dr. Death would be returning with a whole new, true story. Now, Peacock has shared that the Edgar Ramírez- and Mandy Moore-led vehicle will be accompanied by a documentary by the name of Dr. Death: Cutthroat Conman.
The 90-minute Peacock Original will function as a perfect follow-up program for fans eager to learn more about the shocking rise and fall of Paolo Macchiarini, the superstar celebrity surgeon who ascended to global fame after performing the world’s first synthetic organ transplant... only to be exposed as an international conman.
