Peacock Announces First-Ever Live Comedy Special

Peacock is the place for all the laughs! With hit sitcoms, hilarious movies, and hysterical late-night shows with your favorite funny hosts, you can’t go wrong. Now, we’re taking comedy to a new level with our first-ever live special, COLIN JOST & MICHAEL CHE PRESENT: NEW YORK AFTER DARK.  

When is this happening? 

The special will be LIVE on Peacock Thursday, September 12 at 9p ET/6p PT.  

What are the details? 

Colin Jost and Michael Che, co-anchors of the wildly popular Saturday Night Live Weekend Update sketch, will host the 60-minute special. Together, the duo will perform in front of a live audience from The Bell House in Brooklyn, NY. They’ll have you cracking up for sure.  

But Jost and Che won’t be the only comedians to hit the stage. Their favorite established and rising local NYC comics will drop by and join in on the action. Music will be provided by Grammy®-nominated ensemble 1500 or Nothin’. You’ll just have to tune in to join all the fun. 

Jost and Che will return as the hosts of Weekend Update for Saturday Night Live Season 50, which premieres Saturday, September 28.
