How to Watch Green Bay Packers vs. Seattle Seahawks on Peacock LIVE, Schedule, Kickoff Time

The 2024 NFL season is in full swing, and that means Sunday Night Football every week. Cap off the weekend with a massive matchup between the Green Bay Packers and the Seattle Seahawks.

Week 15 of the NFL season brings us another thriller on Sunday Night Football. End the weekend with Sunday's biggest game as we head to Seattle, WA where the Green Bay Packers take on the hometown Seahawks.

Green Bay Packers vs. Seattle Seahawks

The Packers (9–4, 3rd in NFC North) have had the kind of season that would put them in first place in almost any other division. Instead, they play in the most dominant division in the league, the NFC North. Three of the four teams have winning records, and it’s very possible that we’ll see all three of those teams in the playoffs. Coming off a loss to the divisional rival Lions, Green Bay will be extra motivated to beat Seattle this weekend. Especially since if they do, and a few other things go in their favor, they could clinch a Wild Card berth right here. To have a chance at doing that, they’ll need to keep Seattle’s offense quiet. Green Bay’s powerful run defense will need to stay hot and shut down the run against a team that loves the ground game. The more they can force Seattle to pass, the more they can pressure Seattle quarterback Geno Smith into turning the ball over.

Over on Offense, the Packers should get a boost from running back Josh Jacobs. With 1,053 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns, he’s one of the best in the league, and he’s sure to add to those numbers against a Seattle defense that has struggled against the run. Even better news for the Packers, wide receiver Romeo Doubs was a full participant in practice this week, and could very well return to the action this Sunday. Quarterback Jordan Love is already having a great season, with 2,724 passing yards and 21 touchdowns, but having Doubs back gives him even more opportunities to carve up the Seattle defense. If this team can keep up the kind of play that got them this far, they could take home their first win in Seattle since 2008.

The Seahawks (8–5, 1st in NFC West) are on a hot streak, winning their last four games. Three of those wins came against divisional rivals the Cardinals (twice) and 49ers. The winning streak was the antidote Seattle needed after a rough midseason stretch that included losses to the Lions, the 49ers, the Bills, the Rams, and the Giants. First-year head coach Mike Macdonald seems to have gotten a handle on his new team, and has turned this defense into the 10th-best passing defense in the league. Green Bay will be a tougher test than the Seahawks have faced in a while, but this defense looks up to the challenge. Especially with that notoriously loud Seattle crowd behind them.

Quarterback Geno Smith has been moving the ball down the field with efficiency all season. He’s racked up 3,474 yards and 14 touchdowns, which is impressive when you remember how much this team loves to punch it in on the ground. Running backs Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet both have seven touchdowns to their names and are excellent at making defenders miss. Walker sat out last week with a calf injury, and is still day-to-day. Even so, the Seahawks are hopeful he’ll be able to start this week. As for the passing game, teams have been containing wide receiver DK Metcalf all season, and the Packers are likely to do the same. Smith will once again have to rely on veteran Tyler Lockett and second-year Jackson Smith-Njigba to get yards through the air. So far, it’s been working out for them. If the offense can avoid turnovers, and the defense can stay hot, Seattle might get their fifth straight win on Sunday Night.
